DV8 Outsider Bowling Ball

Disobey the Rules. Regulate the Reaction. Bowl Out of the Ordinary

Elevate your no-thumb bowling game with the DV8 Outsider Bowling Ball, designed with DV8’s patent pending No Thumb core technology to provide unparalleled versatility in drilling and customizable ball motion. The Outsider has the strong Renegade core and HK22 – Jailbreak (F7) Solid Reactive coverstock, providing two-handed and no-thumb bowlers more ways to fine-tune their reaction without changing bowling balls.

The DV8 Outsider is designed for medium oil lanes and provides great length with a strong breakpoint reaction. If you prefer a sharper, more angular backend motion or a cleaner, more controlled shape, the Outsider allows you to customize the ball's performance through strategic drilling layouts.

This is a pre-order bowling ball. It will ship on the release date.

Patent Pending No Thumb Core Technology – One Ball Many Reactions

The crown jewel of the DV8 Outsider is the innovative patent-pending No Thumb core technology, which was designed specifically to offer bowlers who don’t use a thumb hole more drilling and performance options.

DV8 designed the Outsider to react differently depending on the drilling layout chosen, not to restrict performance to conventional core counts.

Benchmark Layout – Adaptable and Reliable

The Outsider gives you a baseline layout for a balanced, consistent reaction on a variety of lane conditions and is a great choice for any no-thumb bowler.

Improved Layouts – Enhanced Backend Motion

More aggressive pin positions and more aggressive drilling layouts can give a more angular reaction through the pins, which allows the bowlers to get a more significant change of direction at the breakpoint.

Weaker Layouts – Smoother, More Controlled Reactions

The closer the pin is to the fingers, the smoother the ball will roll, which is good for weaker layouts when you don't want a sharper reaction and for dealing with friction down the lane.

Two-handed and no-thumb bowlers can take advantage of this drilling versatility by tailoring ball motion to their individual release and style of play.
